Today, at 08:50 (msk) Single Duty Dispatch Service of Almetyevsky District via “Glonass 112” system has received a report from a witness on a traffic accident with a passenger bus on the crossroad of the road Lower Maktama on the road towards Bugulma.

The traffic accident happened with the collision and overturning into a ditch of the truck “GAZel” and a passenger bus following on Almetyevsk – Leninogorsk route and carrying 12 passengers and the driver. As a result of the accident, there were no victims, 5 people got injuries of varying severity, including the driver of the “GAZel”.

With such name there was held a festive matinee in the kindergarten number 397 of Kazan City. That activity was organized by employees of Kazan detachment of TRO VDPO RT and was timed to the New Year holidays. Its purpose was a preventive work with children of fire safety.

On December 22, employees of Naberezhnye Chelny garrison of fire protection celebrated their professional holiday in the concert hall of “Rodnik” culture house. The solemn activity was attended by the leadership of the headquarters, veterans, employees of fire protection garrison and highly respected guests. First Deputy Chief of Executive Committee of N. Chelny City, Rinat Abdullin, came out with a introductory speech. After that, guest of honor Deputy Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, colonel of internal service, Rafail Motygullin, took the floor.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 78 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, 5 of them in the residential sector.

Causes are: ascertain – 2, violation of fire safety rules during electrical equipment use – 1, careless handling of fire – 2, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 1, carelessness when smoking – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 22 times. 7 people were saved.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 3.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 15 times. Including: door unblocking – 6, traffic accident – 5, preventive raid at mass gathering of fishermen – 1, others – 3.

At once, two trucks loaded with food left Kazan for Rostov-on-Don to convey humanitarian aid for the people of New Russia, as well as New Year gifts for children of Donbass. The autocade was loaded at the base of Kazan Search and Rescue Squad of Department of Civil Protection of the Executive Committee of the city. The main part of the load was formed by large Kazan enterprises. The autocade will be accompanied to the destination by the Head of Department of Civil Protection of the Executive Committee of Kazan, Ferdinand Timurkhanov.

This recommendation was given by Chairman of the Commission on Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations and Fire Safety Provision of the Republic of Tatarstan, First Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksey Pesoshin, during a meeting of KChSiPB. There were discussed issues of complex public safety and stable operation of life support systems during New Year and Christmas holidays.
