Today within the event "25 good deeds" dedicated to the 25 anniversary of Emercom of Russia the GIMS Center were visited by pupils from Raifa Monastery orphanage. All children active participants of competition of children's drawing.

Accidents for 8 September:

Fire department of EMERCOM of  Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 53 times. Extinguishing of garbage - 1 times, for false calls - 18 times, to burning of food - 3 times, for a short circuit without combustion – 1 times, for interaction with other services - 7 times.

The Tatarstan subsystem of RSChS – is the best in the Russian Federation - It was declared by the minister of Emercom of Russia Vladimir Puchkov during the night meeting in the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan devoted to elimination of consequences of an emergency in Kazan, after a hurricane, fallen upon the republic on September 7.

As a result of passing storm and a strong wind in the city of Kazan were damaged metal roofs of 3 buildings, and tumbled down 930 trees and damaged 230 cars.

The following works are carried out:

- roof restoration;

- works with tumbled-down trees, release of a roadbed, power lines, territories of parks and squares from the tumbled-down trees and garbage and their subsequent export are carried out. Approximate time of completion of works – 18.00 (Moscow time) 08.09.2015.

For carrying out rescue, emergency and recovery and other urgent works were send 988 people, 208 pieces of equipment, including from the Emercom 213 people, 28 pieces of equipment.

Works on roof restoration - approximate time of completion 22.00 (Moscow time) on September 08, 2015.

Works  on export of trees and garbage are continuing. Approximate time of completion – 12.00 (Moscow time) 08.09.2015.

Recovery operations in the house No. 35 down the street of Pavlyukhin are continued. The head of department of civil protection of Executive committee of Kazan Ferdinant Timurkhanov visited residents to reveal problems and to plan the ways of their fastest decision. The employee of a city service of the Ministry of Emergency bypassed each affected apartment, carried out explanatory work, told that works on restoration of a roof and functionality of the house will be conducted.

In the capital of Tatarstan emergency recovery operations are continued. This afternoon for the aid to the Kazan rescuers arrived the group of rescuers from Volga regional search and rescue group of Emercom of Russia. 49 people and 7 pieces of equipment. Forces of the regional center conduct sawing up of trees on 7 cemeteries of the city.

By the request of the Minister of Emercom of Russia Vladimir Puchkov to Kazan for coordination of activity of forces and means arrived the chief of the Volga regional center of Emercom of Russia colonel general of internal service Igor Panshin. He examined the course of emergency recovery operations.           

- Today all information on the forecast was brought to all field services on time, - the colonel general of internal service Igor Panshin noted. - Within 10 minutes all services were warned about the approaching storm and transferred to emergency mode. Everything that occurred in the territory of Kazan are the minimum damage because people were warned and notified. The system of monitoring worked in due time.

Fire department of EMERCOM of  Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 79 times. Extinguishing of garbage - 11 times, for false calls - 29 times, to burning of food - 6 times, for a short circuit without combustion – 3 times, for interaction with other services - 12 times.

Attracted staff – 988 people, from the Ministry of Emergency Situations – 213 people; technicians – 208 units, from the Ministry of Emergency Situations – 28 units, including force of the Volga regional search and rescue group of Emercom of Russia (49 people, 7 units of equipment).

Forces of a territorial subsystem carry out the following works:

- elimination of consequences of squally strengthening of a wind and plentiful rainfall with attraction of the maximum number of emergency crews;

- specification of the area of the damaged roof of houses;

- analysis of a roof of the damaged objects and searching of possible victims;

- organized delivery to the medical institutions of Kazan;

- by traffic police organized adjustment of the movement of transport in the most problem sites of roads;

- rendering psychological assistance to victims;

- forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on RT hold events for protection of a public order and ensuring public safety.

Rescue and fire fighting divisions, and also emergency crews of municipal services of Kazan continue work on road release, power lines, in parks, squares of Kazan from the fallen trees.
