Today, XX jubilee Forum of Safety and Communication, which unites specialized exhibitions “Safety”, “Communication”, “Labor Protection and Safety”, launched its work at “Kazanskaya Yarmarka” exhibition center. The solemn opening ceremony of the exhibitions was attended by Secretary of Board of Safety of RT, Ayrat Shafigullin, Minister of Civil Defense and Emergencies of RT, Rafis Khabibullin and other honorary guests.

Incidents as of February 24:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 48 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 6, burnt meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, including 1 in the residential sector, various types of property – 2, outhouses – 1, vehicles – 1. 1 person was injured.

On February 25 from 9:00 A.M., according to operating entity leadership’s decision, in connection with weather conditions and until special order, the traffic of vehicles on the ice passage over the Kama on the route between the villages of Sokolki and Zakamsky in Mamadyshsky District will be temporarily stopped. As of today, all of the ice passages in the republic are temporarily closed for car traffic.

On February 24, according to operating entity leadership’s decision, in connection with weather conditions and until special order, the traffic of vehicles on the ice passage over the Kama on the route the village of Pokrovskoe of Yelabuzhsky Municipal District and the village of Krasny Klyuch of Nizhnekamsky Municipal District will be temporarily stopped.

On February 20, 2016 at 3:30 A.M., there was received a report on burning of a shop in the village of Staroe Sumarokovo of Bugulminsky Municipal District. The shop belonged to an entrepreneur. Forces and means of Bugulma Fire Service Garrison were sent to the scene.

Today, according to operating entity leadership’s decision, in connection with weather conditions and until special order, the traffic of vehicles on ice passages over the Volga with the routes Kazan – V. Uslon and Zelenodolsk – N. Viazovye will be stopped.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 65 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, burnt meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 14. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, including 1 in the residential sector, various types of property – 1, outhouses – 2.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 17 fires, including 7 in the residential sector. 3 people died, 2 people were injured.

Command trainings with authorities, organizations and enterprises of the city and district have taken place for two days in Bugulma. There were worked out actions of Bugulma city and district crews of emergency services for liquidation of accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters, and actions on switching civil defense from peacetime to wartime.
