According to the legend, on July 30, 2014 at 1:15 there was occurred derailment of the leading car and two passenger cars of an electric train as a result of breaching the integrity of the railroad tracks between the stations "Ometyevo" and " Sukonnaya Sloboda". Due to the accident there was a short circuit in the electrical network with the following burning of the engine of the leading car.

Forces of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan in conjunction with the management bodies and the forces of the functional and territorial subsystems of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan on the night of July 29 to 30, carried out a large-scale training on actions in liquidation of emergency situations of inter-regional and federal character. In this case, forces of EMERCOM and territorial subsystems of RSChS work out training of liquidation of an emergency situation that occurred in Kazan metro line between the stations "Ometevo" and "Sukonnaya Sloboda". The trainings will not affect the work of the underground, as it will be carried out after the end of the movement.

The causes of fires are: violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 2, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 1, violation of fire safety rules during stove use – 4, violation of electrical equipment use rules – 1, incorrect installation and defect in heating stove – 1, careless handling of fire – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 17 times. 4 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 4.

Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 6 times. Including: door unblocking – 2, others – 4.

The causes of fires are: violation of fire safety rules during stove use – 5, arson – 1, violation of fire safety rules during electrical device use – 1, violation of electrical equipment installation rules – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 25 times. 2 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2.

Missions of search and rescue units of MES of RT – 8 times. Including: door unblocking – 1, traffic accident – 2, safety provision at event – 2, preventive raid – 1, others – 2.

OFPS-2 in RT employees for safe holiday held learning practical evacuation of children and camp staff from a dormitory of country health center "Beryozka" of Almetyevsky District.

The meeting of the working group on the implementation of the plan of the research and rationalization work, the study, synthesis and dissemination of the best practices of structural, regional units and subordinated institutions in the second quarter of 2014 in the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting of the working group was held in the Center for Crisis Management of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Acting Chief of the the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, colonel of internal service, Tahir Karimullin. 

Employees of supervisory department in Nizhnekamsky District are continuing preventive work with children in summer camps. They not only themselves visit mass recreation places of children, but also invite them to excursion in the branch of Fire Safety Propaganda Center that is situated in Nizhnekamsk on the basis of OFPS-16 in RT. Thus, GPN inspectors organized training evacuation and tested the readiness of the camps’personnel and children to necessary actions in case of fire, demonstrated the younger generation capabilities of fire techniques on fire extinguishing in “Zenger Kul” health camp. Also, EMERCOM employees reminded children of fire safety rules observance and handed them educational memos.
