Zelenodolsk veteran of Great Patriotic War and fire protection, Galim Garifullin is 90 years old, today. Chief of Zelenodolsk garrison of fire protection, Zufar Khaliullin, and employees of the 8th squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan arrived to congratulate the respected veteran with jubilee personally. His total seniority of service in fire protection is 38 years! On behalf of the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Tatarstan the veteran was given a cash prize.

The readiness of freelance emergency rescue units of SREPS, namely, radiation and chemical observation post, to implement tasks in the event of a release of radioactive substances into the air, was tested in the framework of the Month of Civil Defense in Yutazinsky District on the basis of “NGK Urussinskaya SREPS”.
