Before the celebration of Victory Day, employees of fire service garrison of Naberezhnye Chelny City headed by the Chief of the city’s Office of EMERCOM, Rafail Ziatdinov, visited Gilmitdin Sharafutdinov, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War. The guests came with gifts, sincerely congratulated the front-line soldier with the forthcoming holiday.

Incidents as of May 7:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 110 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 30, dry grass extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 46, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, 1 of them in residential sector.

Social-patriotic action “Flag of Victory” was held in the 1st Squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan on the eve of the 70th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Specially made analogue of the Flag of Victory was festively driven over all fire departments of the squad with keeping all military honors. Meetings were held in every department with the participation of the staff, Great Patriotic War veterans and back land workers.

Employees of the 8th Squad of Federal Fire Service went round all of their veterans of war and fire service of Zelenodolsk with traditional food sets, colorful postcards, money awards and the most important, with the warmest and the most sincere congratulations with the forthcoming holiday of the Great Victory.

Festive award of medals “For Longevity” to the best 25 employees of Fire Service of Naberezhnye Chelny took place on the square near the memorial complex “Motherland” on the eve of the celebration of the Victory Day. The Chief of the 15th Squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, Sergey Subbotin, awarded the medals.

On the eve of the celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Great Victory, the delegation of the leadership of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of Tatarstan headed by the Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of Tatarstan, Chief of Search and Rescue Service of EMERCOM of Tatarstan, Ilkham Nasybullin, visited a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Iskander Rakhmatullin. EMERCOM employees presented the front-line soldier, the participant of six(!) military parades in Moscow a washing machine, a set of food and congratulations in an envelope from the leadership of the emergency department.

On May 5, 2015, a festive event that was dedicated to the Day of Fire Service of RF took place in the assembly hall of Tetiushi Teachers College. The cadets of new specialties “Defense in Emergencies” and “Fire Safety” drew up at the command and hailed honored guests smartly and in a dress uniform.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 23, dry grass extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 40, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, singed meal – 1, cooperation with other services – 12, others – 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, 1 of them in residential sector.

Another meeting of the Council of the Safety of the Republic of Tatarstan was held by Temporary Acting President of the republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. During the meeting there were heard reports on doing activities on provision of complex safety in the period of the preparation and holding XVI Championship on Water Sports in 2015 in Kazan and XVI World Championship on Water Sports in the category of “Masters”.
