Cooperative fire-tactical trainings of forces and means of Verkhneuslonsky Garrison of Fire Service and a unit of TP RSChS of Verkhneuslonsky District on working out cooperative actions when liquidating a conditional fire were successfully finished on the territory of children’s health and education center “Dzerzhinets” in the village of Pustye Morkvashi of Verkhneuslonsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 114 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 30, dry grass extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 41, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, singed meal – 13, cooperation with other services – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, 2 of them in residential sector. 1 person was saved.

Ilya Goncharov was born in the city of Kazan on November 23, 1983. His appointment is the chief of search and rescue department of Kazan Search and Rescue Squad. For conscientious work he was awarded the medal of EMERCOM “20 Years of EMERCOM of Russia”, diplomas of EMERCOM of Russia, the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, 1 of them in residential sector. 32 people were saved.

Recall that special fire prevention mode has been introduced since March 23 until special order. The work of State Fire Inspection employees is activated during the special fire prevention regime. They hold preventive raids and explanatory work with the population.

At the weekend, on rivers and water reservoirs of Tatarstan the number of boats sharply increases. The main violations – sailing without technical inspections, registration, navigator’s license, rescue means (life buoys and jackets) or sidelights, overload of a boat, entering a river harbor or a beach. But the most severe violation is navigating a small boat when in a drunken state. Patrol groups of Center of State Inspection on Small Boats of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan make raids round clock in order to provide safety of the population.

Columns of military units of Kazan Garrison, police employees, internal troops, UFSIN, the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of Russia, cadets, students of military departments of institutes of higher education, soldiers of Afghanistan and participants of other local wars and conflicts formed up on the Liberty Square. President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov sincerely congratulated war veterans, home front workers, servicemen of Kazan Garrison on behalf of State Council and Government of RT and personally with the 70th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 10 fires, 3 of them in residential sector.

Today, unveiling of stele for Gazinur Gafiatullin, a Hero of the Soviet Union, took place in Bugulma. During the war years he covered the enemy’s machine-gun with his chest by which he saved hundred lives of his companions in arms. Employees of HQ of EMERCOM of Russia for RT, EMERCOM of RT and departments made their contribution to save memorials for Heroes of the Soviet Union. Of many thousands collective of the department made a decision to collect money for repairing the memorial for Gazinur Gafiatullin and present the renewed stele to the city on the eve of the 70th Anniverary of the Great Victory.

From the beginning of May on the territory of garden and dacha associations of the Republic of Tatarstan preventive operation “Dacha” is being held. Its aim is to identify and force people to eliminate violations of fire safety rules during “special fire prevention mode”. Within the month, employees of state fire inspection will organize examinations of keeping fire safety rules in all dacha households.
