GIMS Calls Navigators to Be Extremely Attentive and Careful on Holidays

At the weekend, on rivers and water reservoirs of Tatarstan the number of boats sharply increases. The main violations – sailing without technical inspections, registration, navigator’s license, rescue means (life buoys and jackets) or sidelights, overload of a boat, entering a river harbor or a beach. But the most severe violation is navigating a small boat when in a drunken state. Patrol groups of Center of State Inspection on Small Boats of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan make raids round clock in order to provide safety of the population.
