According to the data of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Office on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring”, between October 7 to 11, 2015 severe weather conditions deterioration is expected on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Incidents as of October 5:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 7, dry grass extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 22, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, singed meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 7. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, including 2 in residential sector, outhouses – 3, garden houses – 2, various forms of property – 1, hay – 1.

As informed earlier, the staff of FD-56 of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny saved from death two older workers of JSC “Chelnyvodokanal” on September 28 risking their own lives. A few days later, Deputy Main Engineer, Chief of Labour Protection of JSC “Chelnyvodokanal” Anvar Davydov and two saved workers visited firefighters. They thanked the heroes, Guard Commander Konstantin Vanyurikhin and Squad Commander Ivan Nechaev at the ceremony of formation.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 22, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, singed meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 9, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, including 2 in residential sector, outhouses – 4, garden houses – 1, vehicles – 1. 1 person died, 1 person was injured.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 62 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 21, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, singed meal – 4, cooperation with other services – 6. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, including 2 in residential sector, outhouses – 2, various types of property – 1.

That was told today by Deputy Minister of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Oleg Stepuschenko at a briefing which was dedicated to the Month of Civil Defense in the republic. Also, Temporary Acting Deputy Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan on Defense, Monitoring, Prevention from Emergencies, colonel Ildar Gibadullin answered questions of journalists. 

According to the data of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Office on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring”, on October 3 and 4, 2015 wind intensification up to 15-20 m/s, on October 3 between 7 A.M. and 11 P.M. up to 20-25 m/s is expected on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and the city of Kazan.

Today, All-Russian open lesson on the course of “Essentials of Life Safety” was held in all secondary schools of the republic. 42 Zelenodolsk schools took part in the All-Russian lesson. In cooperation, specialists of the Office of EMERCOM of the RT for Zelenodolsky Municipal District, the Branch of Educational Center on Civil Defense and Emergencies and employees of the 8th Squad of Federal Fire Service held a wide-scale event dedicated to the approaching 83rd Anniversary of Civil Defense in Zelenodolsk gymnasium No. 3.

Within the Month of Civil Defense, open classes on the course of “Essentials of Life Safety” took place in educational institutions in the Republic of Tatarstan. an open class on fire safety was organized for pupils of the lyceum No. 78 in Naberezhnye Chelny. Pupils filled the assembly hall interestedly listen to the performance of Deputy Chief of Supervision Department for the Central District of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Oleg Nikulin, who clearly explained children essentials of safety at home and in the nature.

Holding celebrations and honoring veterans of fire service of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny became traditional for firefighters of the 15th Squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan. On the eve, former employees were congratulated with the International Day of Older Persons in the cultural center “Rodnik”. The guests and colleagues were congratulated by Acting Chief of FGKU “15th Squad of Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan”, Ruslan Yumagulov and Chairman of Fire Service Garrison Veterans Council, Anatoly Ryabov.
