The Entire Population of Tatarstan Can Be Warned in 15 Minutes

That was told today by Deputy Minister of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Oleg Stepuschenko at a briefing which was dedicated to the Month of Civil Defense in the republic. Also, Temporary Acting Deputy Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan on Defense, Monitoring, Prevention from Emergencies, colonel Ildar Gibadullin answered questions of journalists.

Aims of holding the Month of Civil Defense:

·      formation of single approaches to the organization and conduct of civil defense on the territory of the Russian Federation;

·      increasing the role of civil defense in the society;

·      in connection with the 83th anniversary of the Russian Federation civil defense establishment.
