Unfortunately, because of difficult planning of gardens rescuers had to spend more time to reach the place. For victims rescue the motor boat of "Cauldron-6" was used.
Today, on April 30, all firefighters of Russia and Tatarstan celebrate the professional holiday. Special day representatives of special service have met also specially. Festive actions have taken place in Victory Park of city and this festival already became traditional. Not only firemen and veterans of fire protection, but also the citizens participated to holiday.
In honor of the 367th anniversary of Day of fire protection by tradition at a memorial complex of memory of the died employees of fire protection of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan memorial service has taken place. Veterans of fire protection, widows of the died employees, and also an administrative board of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan have taken part in action.
Incidents as of April 29:
Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 98 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 29, false alarms – 38, short circuit of wiring without burning – 5, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires. 1 person died.

On the eve of the celebration, all Orthodox churches were registered by inspectors of the Office of Supervisory Affairs of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, which held routine inspections for compliance with fire safety requirements in churches. Conduct of celebrations is planned in 246 objects of Russian Orthodox Church. Total of 25 places of celebrations are taken into account.
On the eve of April 30, Russian Fire Service Day, Lieutenant General of internal service, Rafis Khabibullin, addressed a congratulation to his colleagues. This year, Fire Service of Russia celebrates 367 years, and 2016 is declared the Year of Fire Service in the system EMERCOM of Russia.
On April 27, 2016 at 17 hours 55 minutes there was received a report on burning barn and uninhabited house in the village of Ivashkino of Cheremshan Municipal District. At 17 hours 58 minutes, the first to arrive to the scene was a voluntary fire crew. At 17 hours and 59 minutes a fire guard on duty of the separate post of FD-73 of the village of Kutema arrived to the scene. In 18 hours and 48 minutes the fire was extinguished. As a result of the incident, the fire destroyed the shed on an area of 54 square meters, damaged the roof of the house on the total area of 32 square meters. The preliminary cause of the fire is careless use of fire.
Today, third graders of Kazan school No. 70 took no ordinary lesson. Within All-Russian Open Lesson “Basics of Life Safety” schoolchildren were invited by the staff of the Training Center of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and organized a training lesson for them with viewing the video “Spasik and his friends” and a visit to the the museum of the center.
On the eve of the Day of Russian Fire Service, teams of young firefighters from two schools of the city overcame the fire lane, learned to provide first aid, as well as took part in the solemn meeting devoted to the memory of firefighters involved in the liquidation of the Chernobyl NPP, which took place on the territory of the Kazan school No. 67. The organizers of this large-scale event were employees of the Kazan branch of TRO VDPO RT, Federation of Applied Fore Sport of RT and Union of Veterans of Airborne and Chernobyl.
