Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 69 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 29, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 6, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 3 fires, residential sector – 2, various types of property – 1.

On June 23, 2016, at 6:40 P.M., a Robinson R44 helicopter made an emergency landing on the area of the settlements of Svetloe Ozero, Bolshie Klyuchi of Zelenodolsk Municipal District. According to its board commander, the helicopter stands on skis, its rear propeller and gearbox were damaged, no one died or injured. An evacuator from “Kurkachi” airfield of Vysokaya Gora District and a task force of Zelenodolsk Fire and Rescue Garrison left for the scene. Causes of the aviation accident are being ascertained.

This was claimed by the Chief of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of inner service, Rafis Khabibullin, concluding the workout of interdepartmental complex drill with management bodied and forces of functional subsystems and the territorial subsystem of emergencies prevention and elimination of the Republic of Tatarstan, which have finished at “Trudovye Rezervy” stadium. The drill was held within the framework of the safety preparation and provision at FIFA Confederations Cup matches in 2017 and World Football Championship in 2018.

Today, 9 teams of departments of the 8th squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan competed. Teams from Kaybitsy, Drozhanoe, Buinsk, Tetyushi, Apastovo, Verkhny Uslon and Kamskoe Ustye municipal districts came to Zelenodolsk for the participation in the second stage. Within the Year of Fire Service in the system of EMERCOM of Russia, on June 17, a meeting of veterans of rescue departments of three neighbouring republics (Mari El, Tatarstan and Chuvashia) took place in the city of Yoshkar-Ola. Chairman of the veterans’ organization of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Mari El, Vladimir Zagaynov, initiated the cooperative organization of the event and visit with an excursion if Mari capital.

Tomorrow, on June 23, interdepartmental complex drill with emergency services of the city (firefighters, medics, workers of gas and electric service, MIA employees) will be hold at “Trudovye Rezervy” stadium within the framework of the preparation to safety provision of the World Football Championship matches, which will take place in Kazan in 2018.

Today, the winner of the contest of professional skill for the title of “The Best Dispatcher (Radiotelephonist) of Federal Fire Service Departments for the Republic of Tatarstan” has been identified. Instead of the stage, the participants filled a class, where they passed tests on the theory of special, technical and medical education, as well as on labor protection.
