During the examination of the work of the Commission on Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies and Fire Safety Provision (KChSPB) of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, the Commission of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan marked positive experience on the organization of population’s recreation on the water in the village of Bolgar of Sukharevo rural settlement.

Incidents as of August 16:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 104 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 18, dry grass extinguishing – 1, abandoned buildings – 1, false alarms – 48,  short circuit of wiring without burning – 6, burnt meal – 4, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 5 fires, residential sector – 2, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 2. 2 people were injured, 1 person died.

In order to stabilize the situation with fires in residential sector, workers of departments of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan hold preventive talks with people every day, paying special attention to old citizens, families with many children and socially unadapted citizens. Just within two days firefighters covered more than two hundred householders in settlements, which are included to the service zone of separate posts, and explained them elementary measures of fire safety when using fire, gas stoves and household electric devices, as well as heating furnaces.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 108 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 34, dry grass extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 42,  short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, burnt meal – 0, cooperation with other services – 6, others – 2. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 8 fires, residential sector – 4, outhouses – 2, garden houses – 1. 2 people were injured, 36 people were rescued.

A large fire was in the township of Osinovo today in the early morning. By the arrival of first fire crews and apartment on the seventh floor was burning with open fire, thick black smoke was emitting from the windows of the whole stairway of the fourth entrance, and people were asking for help from the windows. At 8.27 rescue operations were over. Rescuers saved total of 30 people, including 6 children. As a result of the fire, the apartment of the seventh floor with the area of 75 sq. meters was totally burnt down.

Workers of the separate post on the protection of the village of Krasny Bor of Naberezhnye Chelny squad of Fire Service of the Republic of Tatarstan held an open day for pupils of junior group of “Laska” social orphanage of the village of Krasny Bor of Agryz Municipal District.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 18, stubble residue – 1, dry grass extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 39,  short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, burnt meal – 4, cooperation with other services – 15, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, residential sector – 3.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 12, false alarms – 48, stubble extinguishing – 1, dry grass extinguishing – 1, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 7, cooperation with other services – 8, others – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 9 fires, residential sector – 3. 2 people were injured.

Incidents as of August 12:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 67 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 10, false alarms – 31, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, burnt meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 4 fires, residential sector – 1, outhouses – 1, garden houses – 1, hay – 1.

This time professionals taught girls and boys of children’s health camp named after Yuri Gagarin skills of safe holidaymaking. Firefighters of FD-4 OFPS-7 by fire and rescue truck, rescuers of Civil Protection Department of Kazan Executive Committee, as well as OSVOD representatives visited the children.
