From October 4 to 7, EMERCOM of Russia will hold All-Russian civil defense drill. It will be attended by 40 mln. people, more than 200 thousand specialists of rescue formations, as well as nearly 50 thousand units of technique. Federal bodies of executive government, chiefs of regions, bodies of local government and organizations will be involved in the drill.

Incidents as of October 2:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 69 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 24, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, burnt meal – 6, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 10 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 3, garden houses – 4.

On September 30 in Cadet School named after the Hero of Soviet Union Nikita Kaymanov, on the eve of International Day of Older Persons, cadets together with employees of Naberezhnye Chelny Garrison of Fire Service and the Board of Veterans congratulated older people and organized a real holiday for them. It was attended by Chief of FGKU “15th Squad of FFS for the Republic of Tatarstan”, Rustam Yumagulov.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 28, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, burnt meal – 3, cooperation with other services – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 6 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2, various types of property – 1.

This year on September 28, Chief of the separate post on the protection of the village of Novy Kiner of Arsk Municipal District of Kazan Squad of Fire Service, Akhmetov Kh. Kh. visited Novy Kiner kindergarten. An educational event on “Matches Are Not Toys for Children” theme was held together with teachers of the kindergarten in a gaming type for the children.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 20, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, burnt meal – 2, cooperation with other services – 11. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 10 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 4, vehicles – 3. 1 person was injured.

Employees of the Educational Center of FFS for RT organized a walk-through excursion for pupils of graduate grades of secondary school No. 114 of Volga District of the city of Kazan. The center’s staff holds the open day for children regularly, this time the event was organized for the Year of Fire Service in the system of EMERCOM of Russia.

The management of supervising activity and scheduled maintenance of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan reports that since the beginning of the current year in the republic 6 children were killed by fires, 13 children are injured. The fact that cases of traumatizing children on the fires left unguarded have over the last two days become frequent worries.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 7 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 1, various types of property – 2, dry hay – 1.

From October 4 to October 6 in the Republic of Tatarstan there will take place actions within the All-Russian training for civil defense. Federal executive bodies, executive bodies of all subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies will be involved in large-scale doctrines. Besides, from October 4 to November 4 in the republic there will take place various actions within the Month of civil defense.
