The director of the 112 emergency call service, Olga Lozovaya, told about this innovation, as well as the service’s functioning in the republic on the whole, to journalists at a briefing which passed in “Tatmedia”, today. From 2009 to 2016, total of 7 mln. calls were received and processed for the 112 system functioning in the Republic of Tatarstan. The subscriber’s average waiting time in queue reduced from 20 seconds in 2014 to 6-7 seconds in 2016. On the average more than 5 hundred calls per day are processed.
