Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 43 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 24, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 4. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2, garden houses – 1.

Training lessons of rescuers on landing and aid provision to person, who fell down through the ice, passed in search and rescue service under EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan. The task is to be ready to hold rescue operations in case of possible emergencies during freezing-over. Accidents with fishermen, hundreds of which trap on separated ice, occur on rivers of the republic barely every year. Multiple winner of “The Best Rescuer of EMERCOM RT” republican competition, Aleksey Myagkov, leaded the lessons.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 17, short circuit of wiring without burning – 0, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2, various types of property – 1.

In October of the current year, workers of the separate post on the protection of the village of Novye Shashi of Saby squad of fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan checked houses in their prevention service zone. Firefighters visited total of 170 houses, 84 of them are residences of lonely old citizens, 3 of dysfunctional families and 38 of families with many children. The residents were explained fire safety requirements during household electric appliances, furnace and gas equipment usage. Adults at places of residence of families with many children were reminded about that children should not be left unattended one more time.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 23, short circuit of wiring without burning – 4, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 4, others – 2. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires, residential sector – 3, outhouses – 4, vehicles – 1, garden houses – 2. 1 person died.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 74 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 5, false alarms – 27, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 4, cooperation with other services – 21. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires, residential sector – 2.

Today, schoolchildren of the seventh grade of Zelenodolsk high school No. 3 came to the capital of Tatarstan. Young guests visited Education Center of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, state inspection on small vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan, fire and rescue department No. 3, which covers Moscow District of Kazan, Kazan search and rescue squad, the branch of Volga Regional Search and Rescue Squad of EMERCOM of Russia, as well as they saw rescue technique in action and got acquainted with rescuer’s equipment.

Including burning garbage extinguishing – 12, false alarms – 16, short circuit of wiring without burning – 2, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 19. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 11 9 fires, residential sector – 3.

In the Year of Fire Service and on the eve of autumn holiday, students of the 5th grade of Nizhnekamsk lyceum No. 35 had and opportunity to visit the fire and rescue department No. 91 which is a part of the first squad of federal fire service for the Republic of Tatarstan, and learn much interesting about fire service and informative about fire safety behavior. The children were accompanied by their teachers and parents.

Over 1.5 thousand private houses and flats in the Republic of Tatarstan are cut off from life supporting resources. There is no gas, nor electricity in these houses due to communal debts. That was told by the Deputy Chief of the Supervisory Affairs Department of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, lieutenant-colonel of inner service, Maksim Truschin, at an unplanned meeting of the Commission on Prevention and Liquidation of Emergencies and Fire Safety Provision of the Republic of Tatarstan.
