Including garbage extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 10, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 10. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 9 fires, including resident sector – 4, outhouses – 2, garden houses – 1. 4 people died.

Today, a republican conference of “Safe City” hardware and software complex took place within XXI “Safety. Communication. Internet” Forum for large industrial enterprises, including oil, gas and chemical complex, small and medium business under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Oleg Stepuschenko. Supervisory affairs and preventive work department for Nizhnekamsk Municipal District of the Office of Supervision and Preventive Work of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan together with Nizhnekamsk district and city department of voluntary fire service and the Center of fire propaganda and public relations announced and held the 1st stage of All-Russian Competition of Children’s and Youth Arts on Fire Safety “Neopalimaya Kupina” among children of preschool and school age of Nizhnekamsk Municipal District. Total of 438 works arrived to the competition. 76 educational facilities participated.

Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 20, short circuit of wiring without burning – 1, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 2. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires, including resident sector – 3, outhouses – 2, vehicles – 1, garden houses – 1, various types of property – 1. 1 person died.

Today, the largest sports competition “Ski Track of Russia-2017” took place in Kazan one more time. From the very morning, Kazan residents came with the whole families and labor collectives to three areas of a mass ski run. More than 500 employees of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as subordinated facilities of the department went to the start. The main start in the capital of Tatarstan was given in “Solnechny” camp of the village of Zalesny.

The issue about education and information centers under housing departments for teaching the population actions in case of an emergency situation in wartime and peacetime was discussed during an educational seminar with leaders of housing companies and general managers of contract organizations of Kazan. Another time such scheduled lesson was organized by the Office of Civil Defense under the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan for nearly a hundred housing department employees in the school No. 167.
