   As part of the Year of the Family in the Russian Federation, as well as in order to strengthen the institution of the family, increase the role and importance of the family in the spiritual and moral education of children and youth, strengthen generational ties and develop family values among employees of the emergency Department, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is holding a competition "Me, the family and the EMERCOM".

    - We are old friends with this cup, - says the famous firefighter Leonid Sovetnikov. Commander of the department of fire and rescue unit No. 92 of the detachment of the Federal Fire Service of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Units. He was once again recognized as the best employee of the contractual fire protection units of our republic.

    Someone dreams of expensive gadgets, toys and beautiful gifts. But Ilya Belov, a 10-year-old student from Lyceum No. 1, wanted to come to the fire and rescue unit on his birthday and visit the Zelenodolsk Fire Protection Museum. Big red cars and the noble profession of a firefighter-rescuer interested him for a long time. And now the wish has come true!..

    Today, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan honored Alexander Borodin, a veteran of fire-applied sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, multiple champion of Europe, the USSR, the RSFSR, master of sports of the USSR of international class in fire-applied sports. The  famous athlete and veteran turned 70 years old.

    Another 9 graduates of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia became new employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. Yesterday's cadets took the main exam today before being assigned to duty.

    This was announced by the deputy head of the territorial body of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan - the chief state inspector for small vessels of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Venediktov.

    In the sports arena of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Championship of the Republic of Tatarstan in fire and rescue sports among adults has ended in the competition of the Sports Contest of the District Council No. 2 "Dynamo".

    Children playing with matches often leads to a fire. Adults are required to explain basic fire safety rules to their child, especially if they are of preschool age.

    Practical classes on fire safety prevention among children are continuing in children's health camps of the republic. Emergency workers, volunteer firefighters and community activists are trying to cover all shifts in order to remind children about the rules of safe behavior at home and in nature.

    On another visit, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the company of firefighters visited the children's health camp "Kamsky Artek" in Nizhnekamsk. To the delight of the children, they had a preventive fire safety lesson with the involvement of fire equipment.
