We spoke today in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan at a briefing organized for representatives of urban and republican mass media, which was attended by the Acting Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Head of the Department of Supervision and Preventive Work of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel Maxim Truschin, as well as representatives of other ministries.
