Within the the All-Russian staff training for civil defense on October 1 and 2, 2018, regional and local voice warning systems will be tested in the Republic of Tatarstan, including the comprehensive system for emergency alarm of people about the threat of occurrence or happening of emergencies. The Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan asks residents and guests of the Republic of Tatarstan to remain calm and listen attentively to the speech messages. 

Incidents as of September 26:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 43 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 20, short circuit – 3, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires: residential sector – 1, garden houses – 1, other objects – 1.

Today, there was held open doors in the Center of GIMS of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstam for pupils of the regional cadet corps 'Raifsky Vityaz'. The 'hosts' introduced the children not only to the state inspection for small vessels, equipment and technique, but also to the rescue and canine services of the republican emergency department.

EMERCOM Employees try to give every free time that occur between visits to incidents during their duty, to the younger generation. Rescuers remind schoolchildren about safe behavior at home, in the street and at school. EMERCOM employees show thematic video films, hold quizzes and competitive games for students of junior classes . Senior class students are practiced on providing first aid and are demonstrated the work with a hydraulic tool.

Including garbage extinguishing – 8, false alarms – 14, short circuit – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 9. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 5 fires: residential sector – 2, garden houses – 3. 2 persons died.

Today on the territory of 'Kazanorgsintez' annual competitions among voluntary fire brigades of the plant took place; volunteers practiced fighting fire in the initial stage of ignition. 59 teams announced their readiness this year . All stages of the distance of 100 meters are thought out by the organizers of the competition to the smallest detail. On them, volunteers work out the initial actions to extinguish a fire, and to provide help to a victim, on whom clothes caught fire.

At the end of September, more than 20 students from the rehabilitation center 'Nadezhda', aged 9 to 16, accompanied by teachers, visited the fire and rescue unit No. 91, which protects TAIF-NK against fires and accidents, and is one of the newest and modern units of the federal fire service. Firefighters taught a lesson on how to behave properly in a fire, the children sat at the wheel of a fire truck, tried combat clothes of firefighters with pleasure, photographed.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 70 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 12, dry grass – 1, eddish – 1, false alarms – 36, short circuit – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 1, other – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires: residential sector – 6, garden houses – 1, various types of property – 3. 1 person died.

The other day the fire service museum was replenished with two more exhibits – a fire truck on the basis of URAL and a UAZ-31514 car. Thanks to the efforts of the leadership of the 8th detachment of the federal fire service, these cars have become one of the brightest exhibits of the museum and continue to benefit, now in the field of educational and propaganda work among the younger generation.

On September 21, large-scale exercises were held in Vysokaya Gora District. According to the plan, a fire broke out in a cafe room in the 'Biektau' ice palace. There was also one more alarm: on 820 km of the M7 highway there was a traffic accident involving a passenger bus and a passenger car. Employees of Vysokaya Gora fire and rescue garrison are ready to ensure the safety of human potential and material values. A positive assessment was given to the firefighters by a representative commission from the the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan.
