Since October 1, in all schools of the republic, EMERCOM's employees organize cognitive classes for children on the basics of life safety. The event organizers show children the primary ways of providing medical care, rescue workers show all their equipment to children. During the classes, children are also given 'smart' booklets from EMERCOM, so that a 'hint' is always at hand in case of trouble.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 1, garden houses – 1.

According to the plan for the staff training on civil defense in Aktanysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, on October 2, the mobile station of FRD-103 was deployed, it is intended for evacuation of people and equipment in places of snow drifts and ice; heating and feeding passengers of regular and private cars caught in adverse weather conditions on the federal highway M7 'VOLGA'.

The decade dedicated to the Day of Older Persons is nearing completion. These days for the people of the 'golden age' congratulations sound, concerts, meetings and tea drinking are organized. Veterans of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan were not left without attention either. Employees of the 8th detachment of the Federal Fire Service over ten days visited more than a hundred of their retirees. One of the honored pensioners was Pavel Osokin.

Within the Decade dedicated to the Day of Older Persons, the head of the department of supervision and prevention for Laishevo municipal district Egor Fomin took part in a round table organized by the department of social protection with chairmen of public organizations of veterans of Laishevo district.

Today, on the Day of Civil Defense of Russia, Ruslan Byrenkov, senior inspector of the department of supervision and prevention for Muslyumovo and Sarmanovo municipal districts, conducted a safety lesson for senior class students at Sarmanovo gymnasium. They conducted fire instructions with the staff of the institution, and the students were explained rules of safe behavior in extreme and emergency situations at home, outdoors and in nature. The event ended with a training evacuation.

On October 4 Russia Celebrates the Day of Civil Defense. On that day in 1932, the Council of People's Commissars approved a new Regulation on the air defense of the USSR, according to which local air defense was singled out as an independent part of the entire air defense system of the Soviet state. From this date originates the All-Union Local Air Defense (MPVO), the successor of which was the Civil Defense of the USSR.
