Incidents as of October 29:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 46 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 6, false alarms – 17, short circuit – 2, meal burning – 0, cooperation with other services – 13. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2, garden houses – 1. 1 person died, 1 person was injured.

The cunning of autumn weather, strong wind, cold and night frosts increase the risk of accidents on water bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan. Over the past two weeks on the rivers of Tatarstan, two accidents occurred when using small vessels. As a result, two people died, the search for two more men is still ongoing. In connection with the tragic events that took place, Yury Venediktov, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Small Vessels, turned to shipowners with recommendations for the early completion of navigation during the fall off-season.

Including garbage extinguishing – 6, abandoned building – 1, false alarms – 15, short circuit – 1, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 5, other – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector – 2, garden houses – 1. 1 person died, 1 person was injured.

Including garbage extinguishing – 3, false alarms – 14, short circuit – 1, meal burning – 3, cooperation with other services – 11, other – 1. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2, garden houses – 1. 1 person was injured, 1 person was rescued.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 38 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 1, false alarms – 22, short circuit – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 2. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 4 fires: residential sector – 3, other – 1.

Today, in the center of fire propaganda and public relations of Nizhnekamsk, a solemn rewarding of the winners of competitions of children's and youth creativity in fire safety was held. The prize-winners of the contest were awaited by an informative tour of the fire protection museum and the award ceremony. Annually, through joint efforts of GPN employees and VDPO workers of Tatarstan department hold various contests the purpose of which is civil-patriotic education of children and young people, the formation of a culture of fireproof behavior.

Including garbage extinguishing – 4, false alarms – 8, short circuit – 5, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 7 fires: residential sector – 4.

Today, in the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the winner of the professional skill competition for the title 'Best dispatcher (radio telephone operator) of units of the Federal Fire Service in the Republic of Tatarstan' was determined. Instead of a scene, the participants of the competition filled out an educational class, where they passed tests for the knowledge of the theory on special, technical and medical training, as well as on labor protection. And instead of the defile: shuttle run, strength exercises and 1 km run in a sports arena.

In order to stimulate an active citizenship among the population of the Republic of Tatarstan aimed at participating in solving issues of protecting the population and the territory from emergencies and accidents, five annual premiums of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan for saving people in extreme situations were established in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. The question of reducing the loss of population on fires and on water was raised. 

On October 20, 2018, students of the grade 4B of  the secondary school № 86 with in-depth study of individual subjects of the Soviet district of Kazan visited the Crisis Management Center. 23 students, the class teacher and 6 parents became participants in a very informative, useful and interesting excursion. The children visited the operational shift control room of the center, the meeting room of the Governmental Commission on Emergency Situations, a garage, where there was a vehicle used to eliminate consequences of various incidents and emergencies.
