From October 29 to November 1, the duty guards of the fire and rescue units of the first squad of the Federal Fire Service in the Republic of Tatarstan competed in skills on deploying forces and equipment. The competition was attended by 52 duty guard of 5 people in each, of 13 fire and rescue units of the squad. Competitions were held in three stages: putting on special combat clothing with equipment, putting out a conventional fire and putting on gas masks and hitting targets with two manual combined barrels.

In the sports training arena of the 2nd squad there were competitions in applied fire sports, which were attended by 13 teams of educational institutions. The children competed in the following disciplines: climbing the hook ladder and relay (overcoming the 100-meter obstacle course). As a result of persistent struggle, the first place was taken by the 12th secondary school.

Including garbage extinguishing – 12, false alarms – 7, short circuit – 2, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 15. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 3 fires: residential sector – 1, garden houses – 1, vehicles – 1. 1 person died.

In Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsk district, traditionally, much attention is paid to ensuring the safety of industrial enterprises. Much is being done to ensure the fire safety of remote rural settlements. With the direct support of the district, two separate posts of the republican fire service 'Elantovo' and 'Sukharevo' were created. Funding is allocated for the maintenance of nine voluntary fire brigades and a municipal fire brigade in the village of Upper Uratma. By decision of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, adopted by the Security Council of the Republic, on November 1, the solemn presentation of the Hivus-6 hovercraft was held outside the building of Nizhnekamsk city beach rescue station.

Specialists of the Civil Protection Department of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan today evaluated actions of the leadership and personnel of the Civil Defense Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Service, created on the basis of the Department of Rospotrebnadzor for RT, when switching civil defense from peacetime to wartime military conflicts, in terms of the use of modern enemy weapons during the training. Special exercises were held at the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Including garbage extinguishing – 8, false alarms – 25, short circuit – 3, meal burning – 2, cooperation with other services – 14. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 13 fires: residential sector – 6, outhouses – 6, vehicles – 1. 1 person was rescued.

To prevent fires and deaths, once again to remind homeowners about security measures: for this purpose, employees of Zelenodolsk Fire and Rescue Garrison conduct preventive raids on the residential sector of the city and district as part of the Fire Preventive Operation 'Housing-2018'. In the village of Vasilyevo, employees of the fire service involve students from Vasilyevo cadet boarding school named after Hero of the Soviet Union N. Volostny to the job. Together with the firefighters of the 153 fire and rescue unit, EMERCOM cadets walk around residential buildings, give out instructions and ask residents to be careful with fire.

Firefighters of the republic eliminated 6 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 2, garden houses – 1. 1 person died, 1 person was injured.

Test classes in professional and drill training were held today at the the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. During the tests, EMERCOM employees passed tests to identify the level of theoretical knowledge in their field of activity, as well as knowledge of the basics of labor protection. In the sports arena of the Headquarters, the staff met the standards for physical training: pulling up, shuttle run and 1 km cross. Employees of the federal fire service competed among themselves in climbing a hook ladder on the 4th floor of the training tower.
