The Department of Supervision and Preventive Work of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan held a public discussion on the review of the results of generalization and analysis of law enforcement practice. This time the discussion was attended by the chairmen of horticultural and dacha partnerships.

In the morning of November 16, two men sank on the river Volga in Kirov district of Kazan after they went on ice that was not strong (according to preliminary information, trying to catch a duck), one person drowned, and the second got out onto the shore by himself. Later, the body of the deceased was removed from the surface of the water. The ice thickness in the area of the incident was 3 cm.

The Training and Methodological Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan has completed a program of advanced training of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal employees in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the closing ceremony of the educational unit, the Deputy Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Stepushchenko greeted the listeners.

Students from Russian universities, experts in first aid, came to the capital of Tatarstan to three days. Among the participants there are not only students of specialized medical disciplines, but also students of other specialties.

On November 14, the first aid tasks for cardiopulmonary resuscitation of the injured were completed, the rescue rope was attached to the construction, knitting mountaineering knots, overcoming the 'Rise/ Descent' rock relief, and elimination of consequences of an emergency with the removal of an injured from under the 'Ruins'.
