On December 20 the first part of total board of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of activity for 2018 took place. 19.12.2018 the message on the 112 system from eyewitnesses about the fire in the building of the shop on production of furniture came to 11 hours 36 min. in ODS FKU "CCCS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia of the Republic of Tatarstan" it is wholesale – a retail warehouse of the Agat trading house located at the address: Almetyevsk, Objezdnaya St., 23/10.

In the subsequent it became clear that eyewitnesses were mistaken, object of the fire does not belong to LLC TD Agathe and is to other address.

At specification of information on accessory of the building it became clear that the burning building belongs to the citizen of 1976 of year of birth. He explained that this production shop on production and assembly of furniture belongs to it on the property right, he bought this building in 2015 and constantly attached to it additional rooms.

To interest children and to impart to them the corresponding skills of fire safety the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations resorts to non-standard methods of propaganda and promotion. Within a year in areas of the republic at the initiative of the All-Russian voluntary fire society of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan the instructive fairy tale - a clownery on subject of fire safety according to the play by Olga Gavrilova "Great and dangerous" directed by the Bugulma state Russian drama theater of A.V. Battalov was shown to children.

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 48 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 2, false alarms – 19 meal burning – 5,short circuit 5, cooperation with other services – 8. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 12 fires: residential sector – 6. Six people were rescued.

Today in the building of the Head department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan 6 teams from the highest and average educational institutions of the capital of Tatarstan were gathered. This year to try knowledge on "A human factor" there arrived 18 participants, on three persons in team.

The All-Russian competitions "Human Factor" organized by Emercom of Russia with assistance of the Center of the emergency psychological assistance Emercom of Russia are held the fourth year. The project purpose – training of youth in measures of rendering psychological support and first aid in citizens in case of accidents, the injuries and other states threatening their life and health.

In 11:36 19.12.2018 the message about burning of a warehouse to the address: Almetyevsk, Objezdnaya St., 23/10 came to ODS FKU "CCCS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia on RT" on the 112 system. Forces and funds are allocated on a rank of fire No. 2. On arrival of the first rescue and fire fighting division (PSCh-65) open burning in the building is revealed at 11:45 (the building sizes 12*30) shops on production of furniture it is wholesale – a retail warehouse of Agat trading house. Two People were injured and two people were died.

Year of a safety culture covers more and more children of school and preschool age. The staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations tries to interest younger generation in safety issues. For this purpose in educational institutions there take place various actions directed to training of children in basics of life safety.

At 10:32. the message arrived that on Magistralnaya St., 18A, behind the house according to "112" declarant sees the open manhole where the dog (dachshund) failed, there is a threat of falling of people. A duty shift of rescuers №2, having arrived to the place, by means of a gas analyzer checked a well for gas contamination, on an assault ladder went down in a well on three-meter depth and got a dog. On completion of works the hatch was closed by representatives of municipal services.

In a Year of a safety culture scheduled maintenance among the population with application of non-standard forms of promotion for the purpose of instilling in citizens of skills of fireproof behavior is continued. Within the spent Month of Safety the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations involves in this work also social activists from municipal budgetary institution "The center of formations for protection of public order Forpost of Nurlatsky district.

Within a week the staff of Interdistrict department of supervising activities for Aksubayevsky and Nurlatsky municipal districts together with members of the Forpost Center in the territory of the Nurlatsky municipal district and Nurlat carried out information action among the population under the name "Fire Safety in the Winter".
