Today's briefing was devoted to the prevention of death in fires, during which the Deputy head of the Department of supervision and preventive work of the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia on RT Colonel of internal service Maxim Trushchin announced the disappointing results of the first two months of 2019.

Employees of a separate post for the protection of the village Tenki of Kamsko-ustyinsky municipal district of the Apastovsky fire brigade of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the bypass of individual houses in the framework of the fire prevention operation "Housing-2019".

The bypass was conducted among residents of the village Labyshka v. of Kamskoe-ustye municipal district. During the bypass, citizens were reminded of the basic requirements of fire safety, actions in case of an emergency and held lectures on fire topics with the presentation of memos on fire safety measures in the home.

Fire departments of SFS of Main emergency management Russia on RT went on alert 39 times.

The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 1 time, other reasons – 2 times.

Fire department departured on carrying out of rescue works at liquidation of consequences of traffic accidents 4 times, 2 persons were rescued.

Units of VFP departured on firefighting – 2 times. Departures of units of SRS for firefighting and branches of VRSRS of EMERCOM of Russia – 12 times.

Today the employee of Interdistrict Department of Supervisory activities and preventive work in Muslyumovo and Sarmanovo municipal districts was conducted with professionals from social service center “Mayak”, members of prevention groups, instructional sessions on fire safety.

The purpose of the joint event was to identify and prevent possible fires in homes where citizens living in difficult situations. Work in this direction continues.

Incidents for March 4: 

Fire departments of SFS of Main emergency management Russia on RT went on alert 39 times. From them on false calls-17 times, on short circuit without burning-1 time, on interaction with other services – 16 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-8 fires, of them in apartment buildings - 1 fire, in baths and saunas – 1 fire, in country houses – 1 fire, in outbuildings – 1 fire, in warehouse buildings – 1 fire, in cars – 2 fire, on other objects – 1 fire.

The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of the furnace – 1 time, violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 1 time, careless handling of fire – 3 times, other reasons – 3 times.

At 23.30, 04.03.2019 in "the CMC of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan" received a message about the building burning inside at the address: Kazan, Moscow district, Khimicheskaya str., 21.

The first fire and rescue unit of SRS-43 "5th DFFS on RT" arrived at 23.35. It is established that the building was burning inside. People left the building by themselves. As a result of a fire, victims aren't present. At 23.40 there was a burning oil and wood on the area of 1000 sq.m., the help call No. 2 was declared.

As a result of a fire, victims aren't present. Preliminary cause of fire: violation of fire safety rules in the operation of electrical equipment. Material damage is established.

Today fire and rescue unit № 103 of Aktanysh district opened its doors to kindergarten students. In the year of prevention of emergency situations, one of which is a fire, EMERCOM staff focuses on child prevention.

The morning of today filled the fire station with a cheerful hum of childish voices. Genuine interest in children always causes fire and rescue equipment. So workers SRU-103 FSI "DFFS 15 RT" started the excursion with showing to the pupils point of contact. Then the children were shown how and what equipped car, told what is the particular object of numerous fire-technical equipment.

This year on the territory of Aksubay district organized preventive work with members of the Center "Outpost". Colleagues from Nurlat district passed the baton on joint work.

As part of the Republican operation "Housing" on the streets of the village of Aksubaevo during the week held an information campaign among the residents of "fire safety Measures in the winter".  In order to prevent possible fires in the cold season was reminded of the need to comply with the basic rules of fire safety in the home. More than 1,000 people were reached and instructed during the preventive campaign.

From them on false calls-11 times, on short circuit without burning-4 times, on burning of food – 4 times, on interaction with other services – 9 times. Fire Republic eliminated-12 fires, including apartment buildings-2 fire in baths and saunas – 4 fire in private homes – 2 fire in the car – 1 fire at other sites – 3 fire.

The causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of the furnace – 2 times, violation of the rules of the device and operation of electrical equipment – 6 times, careless handling of fire – 1 time, arson – 1 time, other reasons – 2 times.

The final stage of the Republican competition among the units of the Federal fire service of the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan for emergency rescue operations in the aftermath of road accidents has ended today in the district center of Pestretsy.

11 best teams entered the fight for the title of the best team among the FFS units in the Republic of Tatarstan, which became the strongest following the results of the zonal competitions.
