Personal protective equipment for people in case of fire. Rules and regulations of placement and operation. General requirements " (further - GOST 58202-2018).

In order to clarify the issues arising, as well as to establish a uniform procedure for the application of fire safety requirements, it is reported that this document in accordance with the Federal law of 29.06.2015 No. 162-FZ "on standardization" is used exclusively on a voluntary basis.

Failure to comply with the requirements of SS R 58202-2018 cannot be qualified by the Supervisory authorities of the EMERCOM of Russia as a violation of mandatory requirements.

From them on false calls-10 times, on interaction with other services – 7 times, on short circuit without burning – 2 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 9 fires, including residential sector-6 fires, outbuildings-2 fires, trailer-1 fire. 1 person was injured. 1 person saved.

Causes of fires were: violation of the rules of the device and operation of electric equipment – 3 fires, violation of the rules of the device and operation of furnaces - 2 fires, careless handling of fire - 3 fires, arson -1 fire.

Departures units of VFP on firefighting – 2 times.

Departures units of SRS for firefighting – 6 times. Including: unblocking - 1, others - 3 times on accident – 2 times. For professional work - 11 times.

A major rescue operation turned in Kazan, the task of emergency workers was to help fifty people in trouble. So Kazan rescuers decided to test their professional large-scale skills and organized for themselves and colleagues from Rusguard zone of continuous destruction and emergencies. On the territory of 70 hectares there were all kinds of emergencies.

13 teams representing almost the entire South-East of Tatarstan took part in the competitions held on the basis of the aircraft (contractual). These competitions, which have already become traditional, are held in order to practice skills to help people who got in an accident.

The program of the competition consisted of theoretical and practical parts.

The first was a test of the theoretical knowledge of the team members on tactical, technical, medical training and occupational safety issues.

From 21 to 25 January 2019, it’s week to prepare for The world championship (Competition Preparation Week 2019 – CPW2019). In January 24 the first Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of Russia Colonel General of internal service Alexander Chupriyanworking has arrived in Kazan. Inspected the facilities of the 45th world championship in professional skills according to Worldskills standards. The world championship will be held in Kazan from 22 to 27 August of 2019.

More than 47 thousand participants, experts and officials from more than 70 countries will be involved in competitions in 50 competencies. Contestants and experts in the amount of 1,300 people will live in the Universiade Village, the total capacity of 14 thousand people. Competitions will be held at the international exhibition center "Kazan Expo". The international exhibition center "Kazan Expo" is located near the international airport "Kazan".
