Fire: Apastovsky area, village Shemyakovo, street Hadi Taktash, a house with two apartments. On arrival at the place of the firefighters in 13.46, in the brick-built one storey semi-detached house there was a thick smoke. At 13.56 open burning was eliminated.

As it turned out, the child's mother went to the bath to wash, leaving the child 4 years alone in the house, closing the door on the latch. Returning from work, the father saw a strong smoke in the apartment, opening the door, he saw in a strong smoke that the child was lying at the door. The man took out his son and called operational services. Together with the wife they tried to pump out the kid before arrival of physicians. However, the arrived physicians recorded death, the child of 2016 year of birth received poisoning by products of burning. The fire area was 4 square meters.

The increase of the number of fires and deaths of people on the fires was the reason for an extraordinary meeting of the Commission on emergency situations and fire safety of Zelenodolsk municipal district on February 1, 2019.

Since the beginning of 2019, 27 fires have been registered in the territory of the municipality, 14 cases more (+ 52%) compared to the previous year.  The number of deaths exceeds the same figure last year by 67 % (in 2019 - 3 people were killed in the fire, in 2018, 1 person was killed in the fire).  As a result of recent case – in the dacha cooperative in the village of Oktyabrsky the fire destroyed six houses and killed 37-year-old man.

A decision was made at the meeting, in accordance with which all interested services and departments have to perform a range of preventive measures aimed at ensuring fire safety of the population of Zelenodolsk district.

Athletes of the national team of the Republic of Tatarstan are leading in the first day of the competition of the all-Russian tournament for the Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan in fire and applied sports.

On the eve of the sports arena of the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan held competitions to overcome the 100-meter obstacle course among adult participants and young men of the senior group. After that, wrestling was entered by young men of the middle and younger groups who competed in climbing a hook ladder.

Today in one of the schools in Nizhnekamsk the lesson for the sixth formers was held not by the school teacher, but by the employee of the Ministry of emergency situations, who came to visit the children to remind them the fire safety rules and the careful handling open sources of fire, as well as to talk about the professions of firefighter and rescuer.

The conversation of the inspector of Supervisory activities with children was accompanied by a slide show of the various causes of the fire, so that students of the school could clearly see what carelessness in playing with fire can lead to.

After listening to an interesting and informative story about the training and daily activities of firefighters and rescuers, some of the guys even expressed a desire to go to study in specialized institutions of EMERCOM of Russia.

Accidents for January 31: 

Fire departments of SFS of Main emergency management Russia on RT arrived 56 times. From them on false calls-19 times, on short circuit without burning-2 times, on burning of food – 4 times, on interaction with other services – 20 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated-8 fires, including 1 fire in private houses, 1 fire in apartment buildings, 1 fire in garages, 1 fire in country houses, 1 fire in baths and saunas, 1 fire in other objects – 3 fires. Unfortunately, 1 person was dead.

Representatives of the sports society of disabled people of the Republic of Tatarstan appealed to the leadership of the Ministry of civil defense and emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan to congratulate and encourage the prizes of the participants of the symbolic match in indoor hockey in which the disabled with cerebral palsy "competed" with the masters of the team "Dynamo-Kazan", acting in the super League of the Russian ice hockey.

By the message of the fire, emergency services arrived in the morning at 11 o'clock at ten-storey building down the Daurskaya str., 44. According to the legend of the exercise, the fire occurred in an apartment on the fifth floor. While the fire was raging in the apartment, a strong smoke was created in the entrance. Fire and rescue units No. 6 and No. 7 were sent to the place of the call.

Before the arrival of fire divisions in the building, the evacuation begins, a representative of the service company "comfort" makes door to door, informing residents about the need for emergency evacuation. People quickly gather and go outside.

On anniversary XV all-Russian competitions on the Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan on fire-applied sports athletes and representatives of teams from 27 regions of Russia gathered in Kazan. 560 participants of the competition entered the fight for the main prize – this is an absolute record for the entire history of the Cup of the Prime Minister, and any all-Russian tournaments in the EMERCOM of Russia. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin and other honored guests took part in the opening ceremony of the competition.

After the opening ceremony of the competition, men's races began to overcome the 100-meter obstacle course.

Recall that in the teams are adult athletes-men and women, as well as boys and girls. The winner of the team competition and the winner of the trophy is determined by the sum of the best results of all team members.

Tomorrow will be held competitions on the rise of the assault ladder, followed by the closing ceremony of the competition and awarding the winners.

Another large-scale fire-tactical exercises were held today almost under the walls of the Kazan Kremlin on Karl Marx street in the Courtyard by Marriott Kazan Kremlin.

According to the" legend " of the exercises, in one of the hotel rooms on the 4th floor there was a fire. At the place of ignition smoke was formed. According to the staff, in the unfortunate room had to be a guest. Two more people were "cut off" from the escape routes due to smoke. They opened the Windows and begged for help.
