In spring, as a rule, there are more frequent cases of fires in nature, in country and garden houses. This is why the SFS inspectors decided to pay attention to this issue this time.

Due to the fact that school holidays in Tatarstan have already started since March 19 and will last longer than usual, the Ministry of emergency situations has strengthened its preventive work to prevent fires in the residential sector.

Accidents on March 19:

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 35 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 8 fires: residential sector-2 fires, other objects-6 fires.

This was stated today by Yuri Venediktov, head of the Department of people's safety at water bodies of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, during a planned patrol of the waters of the Kazanka and Volga rivers.
