Accidents on March 21:

Fire departments of SFS of Russia EMERCOM on RT had departures on alarms 34 times. Firefighters of the Republic eliminated 12 fires: in the residential sector-10 fires, on other objects-1 fire, in buildings, structures and premises of trade enterprises-1 time. Unfortunately, 2 people were killed.

Today, on the basis of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the qualifying stage of the All-Russian competition "Human Factor"has ended. Representatives of five teams, consisting of three participants, competed for the victory. The competitions were held in strict accordance with the rules of the sanitary and epidemiological regime.

On behalf of the Republic of Tatarstan, the meeting was attended by the Acting Head of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Kadamov, and the Acting Minister of the EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tahir Karimullin.

In the Yutazinsky district, the results of the competition for the creation of an interactive folder on a given topic (laptops) dedicated to the prevention of fire safety among the squads of young fire departments of the Yutazinsky district were summed up. In fact, a laptop is a thematic folder or a clamshell book in which children presented their work on fire safety.

In recent years, residential high-rises have been intensively built in Kazan. And therefore, the adjacent territory of high-rise buildings filled with residents ' cars is a familiar picture for city courtyards. Car owners are not always very willing to buy parking spaces in covered parking lots, and leave their cars anywhere. And not all developers provide for residents free Parking spaces in the courtyards and comply with the requirements of regulatory documents on the width of courtyard driveways, which depends on the number of floors of a residential building. Therefore, fire departments in such courtyards sometimes face difficulties in quickly arriving at the fire site. In some cases, firefighters have to manually move parked cars that interfere with the installation of fire equipment to save people.

The republic is actively working to prepare for the accident-free passage of the spring flood. Today, the preparatory work for clearing the channels of small rivers in the suburbs of Kazan was carried out by the teams of the Gorvodzelenkhoz under the leadership of specialists of the Civil Protection Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan.

Kazan began to prepare for the flood period. Today, members of the flood control commission inspected the condition of small rivers in the Sovetsky district of the city, which require special attention during the spring flood season. Small rivers, the banks of which are built up everywhere by the private sector, during the period of intense snowmelt, and this year the snow cover is quite large, bring considerable problems to both homeowners and representatives of city services responsible for the safety of flood passage.
