Information on the emerging flood situation, flooded territories and preventive flood control measures in the Republic of Tatarstan (at 12.00 on April 10)
4 adjacent territories, 5 low-water bridges and 1 dirt road in 6 municipalities remain flooded in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Traffic on flooded low-water bridges and a section of unpaved road is restricted, with signs and fences prohibiting traffic. Issues of life support of the population (fire-fighting, food and medical support) are provided. Detours are available in Buinsky and Nurlatsky districts, pedestrian bridges are available in Novosheshminsky and Vysokogorsky districts.
Removed from control (released from water):
- 20 adjacent territories in the village. Stolbishche Laishevsky district. The water's gone.
- 9 adjacent territories in the village of Kuralovo, Verkhneuslonsky district. As a result of blasting operations on the Sulitsa River, the water level was lowered by 40 cm. There is no threat of flooding.
- 5 adjacent territories in the village of Aki of the Sovetsky district of Kazan from the Kinderka River, flooding is caused by past precipitation and heavy snowmelt. Preventive measures are being taken to clean up the riverbed and increase the capacity.
