According to the statistics, the majority of fires in private inhabited sector and in country - cottages begin with bath-houses. A principal cause of such fires is in faulty condition of furnaces and flues, and also a wrong kindling. Aspiration of some citizens for building a bath-house independently, saving on maintenance of requirements of fire safety, frequently involved more losses from fire consequences. It is possible to avoid unpleasant consequences in case of maintenance of all building norms and rules, from laying of the first brick in the foundation of the future bath-house. And finishing the building it is necessary to operate in the right way and make the regular preventive measures including cleaning and repair of the furnace and the channel of flue.

The first safety requirement at operation of parnaya is maintenance of spaces. During the kindling wooden walls of a bath-house can caught fire at temperature of 300 degrees, and, quickly enough. And if the wood adjoins for a long time the surfaces of 100 degrees above zero of temperature it can caught fire independently too. Therefore the basic requirement of fire safety is the non-admission of contact of hot surfaces of the bath-house’s stove and a flue with wooden designs. It can be possible either by means of isolation, or at maintenance of sufficient spaces.

Cracks in the stove and the flue file can become one more cause of the fire. Therefore it is very important to see to good condition of stoves and a flue, and the appeared cracks are to cover with a clay solution. But even if stove designs are in good repair, you are obliged to clean off collected soot in flues which also can become a cause of the fire.
