Real Patriots of the Country and the Republic Work in EMERCOM Departments in Tatarstan

Before the professional holiday on December 27, Russian Federation’s Rescuer’s Day, a festive event was held. It was dedicated to two jubilee dates of 25th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Russia and 20th Anniversary of EMERCOM of Tatarstan. The ceremony took place in a hall of “Korston” Hotel and Mall. It was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, State Adviser of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaymiev, Minister for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafis Khabibullin, Chief of Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia, Igor Panshin, First Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexei Pesoshin, the first chief of Tatarstanian EMERCOM, Valery Vlasov, chiefs of republican ministries and departments, service veterans.
