Awards of All-Russian Festival of EMERCOM of Russia “Courage Constellation” took place in Moscow. There were representatives of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan among the winners of the competition. First class rescuer of Kazan Search and Rescue Squad – Branch of Volga Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia, Maria Fedotkina, won the title of “The Best Rescuer-Cynologist of EMERCOM of Russia”. Guard Chief of 47th Fire and Rescue Department of Federal Budgetary Institution “1st Squad of Federal Fire Service of State Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan”, Andrei Semashkin won the title of “The Best Guard Chief” the third time already. Finally, a winner of the title of “The Best Economist of EMERCOM of Russia” was identified this year for the first time. It was Chief of Financial and Economics Department of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, colonel of inner service, Ayrat Agzamov.
