On December 3, 2015 at 3:16 P.M., via 112-system there was reported an explosion by address: city of Kazan, Moscow District, Tetsevskaya St., 34.
Upon arrival of the first fire and rescue department to the scene, there was ascertained that steam-air mixture blew up in an empty road tanker with the volume of 34 cubic meters during works with fire. The road tanker was used to transport combustive-lubricating materials.
As a result of the accident, a man born in 1985 died, the glass cover of the stall was smashed, and the tanker was destroyed. Preliminary cause of the accident is violation of safety rules during operations with fire. Forces of Kazan Fire and Rescue Garrison work at the scene.
