Memo on Minimal Salary in the Republic of Tatarstan

On the basis of paragraph 133.1 of Labour Code of the Russian Federation, on October 2, 2015, there was adopted an Agreement between Trade Union Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan, Coordinating Board of Employer Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan about minimal salary in the republic (further – Agreement). In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 5 of the Agreement, monthly salary of a worker of off-budget sector of the economics, who works on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and is occupied in employment relationships with his organization cannot be below 7,309 rubles from October 2 on conditions that the worker worked off the norms of labour hours fully for this period and norms of labour (labour duties) are accomplished.
