On the eve of April 30, the day of Russia’s Fire Service, lieutenant-general of inner service, Rafis Khabibullin addressed to his colleagues with sincere congratulations with the professional holiday established by the Decree of the President of Russia. On April 30, 1649, tsar Aleksey Romanov signed “Order on City Discipline” – the first official document on establishing professional fire service. This year Russia’s Fire Service will be 366 years.
