Firemen of Tatarstan have received 44 modern fire-engines vehicles

Before the beginning of delivery ceremony of fire techniques the parade commander - the first deputy  chief of Central administrative board of the Ministry of Emergency situations of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan major general Vladimir Nasonov - has approached to the President of Republic of Tatarstan and has reported of staff readiness for the solemn action beginning. Fire-engines and staff at command "quietly" stood on one line. After the report acceptance from major general Vladimir Nasonov, the President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiyev together with other guests has started the survey of the fire techniques. The new "KamAz"es fully completed by fire-technical arms, have pleased the President of the Republic.

In the republic big cities - Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Almetyevsk - there are such 18 cars, the chief of Central administrative board of the MES of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan the major general of internal service Rafis Khabibullin has noted.

- In a pump compartment there is an oven, in the winter it is possible to work without gloves, hot as in Tashkent. – has continued the story Nail Salimzianov. - the fire-technical arms are located more conveniently, all lies on the place. There are more eight tons of water, eight hundred liters of foam maker, a universal cabin for a fire-fighting crew: the fireman comes into a cabin, sits down, fastens the device on himself, and leaves the car already with the device, instead of searches for it in a compartment. It is the all-wheel drive cross-country vehicle, such car is necessary in villages, its passableness is big, «a walking fire hydrant», in case of fire in an initial stage it is possible to extinguish a fire on 100 square meters. There are eight fire trunks, a stationary fire trunk with a gun carriage. It can take away water from any reservoir with depth from 1 centimeter to 7 meters.  

Then Mintimer Shaimiyev has addressed with congratulatory speech to staff of divisions of a Federal fire service.

- For the short time period, thanks to efforts of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu in the country was created a ministry which became recognized and respected because of its actions. The actions connected with emergency situations – extreme actions, demanding determination, boldness, will and courage. For these years the staff has stolen up by people who have studied and, most of all, have studied directly in those situations in which they appear. – Mintimer Shaimiyev has noted.

But as a whole and this idea is widespread, formation and actions of the MES become effective. In the conditions of technical progress, necessity of intervention of your divisions becomes an integral part of our life, - the President of the republic has declared.

- In many respects it turns out. People hope for you. In big cities the corresponding divisions of a different orientation have been created. But maintenance of fire safety was a weak point. This is weak link. Just now undertook this problem in the country, but we have made it earlier in our republic, - the President of Republic of Tatarstan has told, - to create such network of divisions that we could reach urgently to any point of our republic. The fire does not wait. As a part of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia there are fire divisions, they are also in our republic. They serve the large industrial enterprises, especially dangerous objects.

- We still have problem – how to cover all territory of the republic. – Mintimer Shaimiyev has continued. - To solve this problem, since January, 1st we have created special republican division – state body «Fire protection of Republic of Tatarstan» - and it is working.

Then ceremony of rewarding of three employees of divisions of the Federal fire service in RT by a medal «For courage on a fire» has taken place:

Alexei Chesnokov, the sentry chief of the fire brigade № 3 of the state body «the 7th group of the federal fire service in Republic of Tatarstan», the captain of internal service;

Damir Sharifullin, the senior fireman of the fire brigade № 3 of the state body «the 7th group of the federal fire service in Republic of Tatarstan », the senior sergeant of internal service;

Sergey Arhipov, the branch commander of the 52nd fire brigade of the state body «the 8th group of the federal fire service in Republic of Tatarstan», the ensign of internal service.

Only in 2009 27 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Republic of Tatarstan have been rewarded by a medal «For courage on a fire»

Delivery of keys from new fire tankers to chiefs of thirty fire brigades of the federal fire service in Republic of Tatarstan became the culmination of an official part of action. Keys were handed over by the President of Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiyev, the chairman of the State Council of Republic of Tatarstan Farid Muhametshin and the First deputy of Prime minister of RT, Ravil Muratov. «I wish you less fires. Good luck!», - said the President.

Then celebratory action pupils of a cadet class of school №47 Naberezhnye Chelny have continued. They have shown the bright performance. At first young firemen in full fighting equipment have quickly extinguished the car which has lighted up during the car accident.
