380 pupils have been evacuated with no panic

The pupils of 60th high school of the Aviastroitelniy district of Kazan endured evacuation and became witnesses of work of fire-saving divisions today.

In this educational institution the Day of children safety, organized within the limits of a month of Civil protection passing in Tatarstan. The pupils evacuation, as well as the skill shown by experts of Search and rescue service, the Federal fire service and the Center of accidents medicine - are next training on evacuation of pupils from a school building in case of emergency situation.

But before the training of children, experts of Central administrative board of the MES of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan, management of public health of the Kazan executive committee and the Department of Internal Affairs gave instructions to heads of middle and preschool educational institutions of Avistroitelniy district of Kazan.

For them instructing has been spent in the topic: "the Technique of the organization of Day of children safety in educational institution and preschool education establishments".

The problem of experts - to explain to heads of educational institutions and establishments of a preschool education the information on a condition and problems of administration, teaching structure and tutors of establishments on preventive maintenance of infringements among pupils, prevention of infectious diseases flashes, fires and  death of children at occurrence of emergency situations. Besides, teachers have been acquainted with requirements of supervising documents at organization of Day of children safety.

In assembly hall for heads of child care centers police officers, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State fire supervision, the State inspection of small size vessels and Management of education of the Kazan executive committee have acted.

A series of school calls and the announcement on loud-speaking communication about the beginning of evacuation of pupils, teachers and all school workers became a signal to start a practical part of methodical lesson.

The pupils, dressed in gauze bandages, left a building observing all rules. They have managed to keep within the demanded specification of time. As soon children has taken place on a schoolyard, as on school territory the cars with sirens of rescuers of Search and rescue group of Management of Civil protection at executive committee of Kazan, the Center of accident medicine, and also fire-fighting crew fire department №5 started to come.

According to a legend of trainings, firemen should evacuate the school worker who has not time to get out in time "a burning" building and has got on a roof. In a few minutes the firefighters have reached with a sliding ladder on a roof and have rescued the teacher.

Center of accidents medicine also started to rescue people. However, the role of the victim was executed by wooden "actor" by a nickname of Buratino. It have been rendered him the first medical aid and have imposed an oxygen mask.

At same minute the skill in conquest of tops with ropes and cables was shown by rescuers of the Kazan search and rescue group of management of civil protection of the Kazan executive committee.

- Thanks to the Day of safety at our school we have learnt, how it is necessary to leave school correctly, saving up myself from fire and smoke blanketing. It is necessary to make the way to exit slowly that the panic wouldn’t start and to put on the person gauze bandages. Then it is necessary to hand over the official report about that, how many people left school. We know that firemen, rescuers and first aid will approach very quickly, - the schoolgirl of 9th grade Dilyara Nurullina shares by impressions.

 - Action has been prepared and spent at high level, - the deputy chief of Central administrative board of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan the colonel of internal service Andrey Orlov has summed up. – Teachers and schoolboys of school have shown good preparation also. Days of children protection of children, spent within the limits of a month of civil defense, in the majority of schools are already spent. Preparation level is good – everyone has time to be evacuated for three, a maximum five minutes, - has informed Andrey Orlov.

After demonstration performances, action for pupils has not ended. Children have learnt about a lot of the terrible events which have passed in our country, since explosions of apartment houses in Moscow and Buinaksk in the autumn of 1999, finishing monstrous act of terrorism which has occurred in Beslan in 2004.

In memory of all victims there minute of silence has passed. After its termination pupils have started white balloons to the sky.
