As a Result of the Methane Explosion No Injuries in Naberezhnye Chelny

An information on an explosion near Chinese market was received from a witness. The information was not confirmed. There was held an examination of the private sector and the territory of cooperative garages. At 17:44 EDDS received an information on a gas explosion in GSK “Koltso”. According to the preliminary information, there was a gas leakage from a methane cylinder which filled the ZIL-130 lorry.

As a result of the gas explosion 6 garages were partially collapsed. 2 cars were ruined under the obstruction. There are no dead and injured, no fire. Forces attracted to the liquidation of the emergency situation, including from EMERCOM – 43 people and 11 units of techniques.
