150 fire engines from Government of Tatarstan are reliable fire protection of contryside
On August, 28th on the main square of Naberezhnye Chelny, maidan, solemn delivery of 60 fire-engines to divisions’ chiefs of recently created official body «Fire protection of Republic Tatarstan» has taken place. The first vice-premier of the republic Ravil Muratov, the chief of Central administrative board of the MES of Russia in RT – the minister on affairs of civil defense and emergency situations of RT the general of internal service Rafis Khabibullin and the head of executive committee of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shajhraziev have taken part in action.
- For us it is significant day, especial event, - has declared Ravil Muratov. - in commonwealth with the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the MES of Tatarstan and municipal unions we have executed the commission of the President of Tatarstan Republic and have received 150 fire-engine vehicles. Special gratitude to businessmen of N. Chelny for preparation of cars for their transfer to fire service divisions.
In the report Ravil Muratov has especially noticed that Tatarstan will be the first subject of the Russian Federation who has resolved a problem of fire protection in remote settlements. «It is an estimation of a management of the MES of Russia. With satisfaction it is possible to say that we did it. Besides, fire service divisions will create more than 1200 additional workplaces», - the first vice-premier of RТ has underlined.
Ravil Muratov has handed over a symbolical key from a fire-engine to Rafis Khabibullin. Also during solemn action for the big work in rising generation education the Cadet school №47 on behalf of the republic Government has been awarded by the TV and a video camera. Pupils of school took part today in a holiday.
«Today we finish one of the hardest stages of creation of RT fire service, - has noted Rafis Khabibullin. – I can report with satisfaction that since January, 1st, 2009 71 fire protection division of republic where today 630 persons operates, have been created. The new techniques will raise efficiency of fire-fighting, especially in countryside. Without participation of the President of Tatarstan, the Government of republic, heads of municipal areas to solve this problem it would be impossible. With confidence I can tell that introduction of the given techniques will rural settlements according to requirements of Technical regulations about fire safety».
The minister has thanked the First deputy of the Prime minister of RT Ravil Fatyhovic Muratov for inexhaustible energy in the decision of fire protection problems, chiefs of territorial garrisons and heads of administrations for the help in building, repair of separate posts buildings and procedural repair of techniques. Also the head of the MES of Tatarstan has wished fire service employees the success and has asked a solicitous attitude to techniques that it many long years could serve for a common cause.
- Any city envies us and wishes to be on our place. Thanks all and first of all thanks to Ravil Muratov, Rafis Khabibullin and to ours repairmen who have performed all works in time. – The head of executive committee Vasil Shajhraziev has noted. - It would be desirable, that our work has been connected first of all with preventive maintenance, but in case of emergency situation these fighting vehicles have arrived in time and have carried out the problem.
Government of republic bought from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation 150 motor vehicles «ZIL-130» with sufficient capacity for the water, equipped with the fire pump and necessary fire-technical arms. This quantity of techniques should cover completely requirements of all 70 fire divisions of official body created since January, 1st, 2009. Thus, fighting watch will be taken up in addition by 150 more units of fire techniques. In the developed economic conditions not each subject of the Russian Federation can far allow it.
