Another 30 Cadets Took the Oath in Vasilyevo

Solemn events dedicated to Russia’s Rescuer’s Day are held in Vasilyevo Cadet School number 1 annually. That ceremonial adoption of cadets is the eighth one since the revival of the cadet movement in the school. Now, there are 181 Vasilyevo children in the ranks of cadets of EMERCOM. The celebration began with bringing the banner in and singing the national anthems. The children were congratulated with this important event by the Deputy Head of the 8th Squad of FFS for the Republic of Tatarstan, lieutenant-colonel of internal service, Tatiana Surzhko. Their fellows from elder classes also congratulated young cadets.

A choreographic group performed fiery Spanish dance. A few guys from elder classes showed a real art of instant dismantling and assembling of a machine gun. And cadets of elder classes that study martial arts demonstrated the techniques of unarmed combat, staged elements of an anti-terrorist operations and a release of hostages. The celebration finished with a solemn march of all cadet classes.
