Special Fire Prevention Regime is to Be Introduced from December 15, 2014

Fines for violation of fire legislation on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan during the period of special fire prevention regime will be increased. According to the decree number 965 of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of December 9, 2014, in order to provide fire safety at New Year celebration activities from December 15, 2014 till January 10, 2015, there will be introduced the special fire prevention regime in the republic.

Fines for violation of fire legislation during the period of special fire prevention regime are following: for civilians – from 2 to 4 thousand rubles, for officials – from 15 to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 400 to 500 thousand rubles. Recalling that fines outside the regime are following: for civilians – from 1 to 1,5 thousand rubles, for officials – from 6 to 15 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 150 to 200 thousand rubles.
