EMERCOM of Russia and Civic Chamber of RF Sign Cooperation Agreement

Today, the ceremony of the agreement between EMERCOM of Russia and Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation has taken place in the building of the National Center for Crisis Management of EMERCOM of Russia. Head of The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, Vladimir Puchkov, and Secretary of Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, Aleksandr Brechalov, signed documents on cooperation and on information interaction between the departments.

The ceremony was participated in a videoconference order by First Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of Russia Sergey Shliakov, State Secretary of Deputy Minister Vladimir Artamonov, Deputy Minister Vladimir Stepanov, member of Civic Chamber, Chairman of the Board of the Russian Union of Rescuers Sergey Schetinin, as well as heads of territorial bodies of EMERCOM Russia and regional Civic Chambers.

In the Republic of Tatarstan the ceremony was watched by Head of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, general-lieutenant of inner service Rafis Khabibullin, and Chief of Civic Chamber Office of RT Zulfia Safina.
