Incidents for October 24:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 47 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 11 fires, 5 of them in the residential sector.

Causes of the fires are following: careless handling of fire – 1, violation of gas and household appliance use rules – 2, defect in vehicle systems, mechanisms and components – 1, wrong installation and defect in heating furnace and chimney – 2, violation of fire safety rules during furnace use – 1, violation of electrical equipment use rules – 2, emergency operation of electrical equipment – 1, ascertains – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 11 times.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 4.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 2 times. Including: unblocking – 1, traffic accident – 1.

Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on RT warn:

· do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed;

· do not leave children unattended, teach them basic rules of fire safety;

· never use faulty electrical wiring, do not overload the grid, use caution when using electric heaters;

· do not leave electrical and gas devices unattended.
