Journalists are invited to participate in the contest of journalistic works and the photo contest in the frame of All-Russian festival on the subject of security and rescue "Constellation of Courage"

Objective of the festival - to talk about modern heroes - firefighters, members of other professions, ordinary people who have shown heroism and courage, just come to the aid of his neighbor; involve the public to participate in voluntary movements, Vol. h. voluntary fire brigade.

Annually, the competition is attended by the staff and units of EMERCOM, representatives of other federal executive authorities, journalists, and ordinary citizens who helped victims at difficult situations — adults and children. The winners were determined at three levels: regional (subjects of the Russian Federation), interregional (Federal District), federal (Moscow). Winners will be awarded with diplomas and valuable prizes.

The festival will determine "Best Firefighter", "Best Commander of the Guard", "Best Rescuer", "Best State Inspector on Fire Supervision", as well as representatives of other professions of EMERCOM of Russia, reaching the highest professional results.

Authors of the best television projects, informational programs on the radio, print media materials, web-projects, photographs will be awarded.
