Exams without Retake

Participants of Annual certification testing of SAR crews of cynology service of EMERCOM of Russia of Volga Federal District have taken the main aptitude exams in Kazan, today. Service dogs searched conditionally affected people in the environment and in the rubble of concrete slabs, which simulated the conditions of man-made disaster throughout the day.

Each category of testees had own scale of difficulty. “First-takers” that are attested first time had the easiest objective. That stage can be passed by experienced rescuers with dogs which have not smelled gunpowder so far, or otherwise. Their objective is to find two victims in 20 minutes. Not all could cope with the problem.
