Fire in IT-Lyceum of Kazan Federal University

Activities in the frame of All-Russian Children’s Safety in Tatarstan are going on. On September 11, 2014 at 15:50 there was held a training evacuation in IT-Lyceum of Kazan Federal University. Not only the object’s Volunteer Fire Department, but also students’ Volunteer Fire Command of Universiade Village and Federal Fire Service forces worked their actions.

The Lyceum VFD members using fire extinguishers and fire hydrant proceeded to extinguish the fire. At that moment, students’ VFC of Universiade Village arrived on a “VIS-Niva” car to the scene. The children were also shown, how firefighters of OFPS-7 of FD-10 by fire tank and FD-7 by ladder execute the combat mission. A headquarters tent was deployed for the head of the fire extinguishing. Gas and fire protection service unit bearing compressed air machines, wearing a second rescue mask, evacuated victims of smoked building.
