Incidents for August 20:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 43 times. Including burning garbage extinguishing – 3, dry grass extinguishing – 0. Firefighters of the republic eliminated – 2 fires, 1 of them in the residential sector.

Causes of the fires are following: careless handling of fire – 1, ascertain – 1.

Missions of fire departments on rescuing at the elimination of the consequences of traffic accidents – 13 times. 2 persons were rescued.

Missions of voluntary fire protection units on fire fighting – 2.

Missions of search and rescue units of EMERCOM of RT – 6 times. Including: door unblocking – 4, preventive raids at mass recreation places at the water – 1, others – 1.

Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia on RT warn:

· do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed;

· do not leave children unattended, teach them basic rules of fire safety;

· never use faulty electrical wiring, do not overload the grid, use caution when using electric heaters;

· do not leave electrical and gas devices unattended.
