State Fire Supervision Inspectors’ Professional Holiday

July 18, 1927 is considered to be the date of formation of the state fire supervision – the date of signing of the Central Executive Committee of the RSFSR SNK Regulations on the state fire supervision bodies in RSFSR.

This event became one of the pivotal in the history of fire protection development. Of course, the modern system of state fire supervision has undergone significant changes, since it is constantly improving and developing. But "Provisions of 1927" – the first document that served as the beginning of the development of the unique in the world effective fire service structure aimed at preventing fires, protecting lives and health of Russians, as well as to preserve the material and spiritual values ​​of our state.

First holiday of GPN establishment was celebrated by all employees in 2007, when the service was celebrating the 80th birthday since its formation.
