Information: In 1980 on the territory S. Verkhny Uslon Verkhneuslonsky district acted Verkhneuslonsky fire brigade № 35. The first book of orders in the fire brigade № 35 was instituted had. In 1994 in accordance with the decree of Cabinet of Ministers RT of September 14, 1993 № 859-R Verkhneuslonsky professional fire brigade № 35 was registered as a public institution, from 1994 to 2004 he acted as Verkhneuslonsky fire Department.

From 01 July 2004 according to the order of the MOE of the RT were held organizational activities, Verkhneuslonsky FC of EMERCOM T was renamed into the Department of civil defence and emergency situations Verkhneuslonsky district with a staff of 47 persons.

From October 1, 2010 the state institution "112 fire Department of the Federal fire service in Republic of Tatarstan" is translated in 8 detachment of the Federal fire service in Republic of Tatarstan, i.e. renamed 112 fire Department of the Federal security guard service of the village of Verkhny Uslon and Verkhneuslonsky municipal region of the Federal state institution "8 the detachment of the Federal fire service in Republic of Tatarstan", with the number of 51 people.
