      From 15 to 17 April the large-scale doctrine with governing bodies and forces of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES on liquidation of large-scale emergency situations and fires is carried out.

      The doctrine is carried out for the purpose of enhancement of knowledge and practical skills of heads of governing bodies and forces of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES on liquidation of consequences of emergency situations, recovery of conditions of activity of the population, working off of acceptances and methods of protection of the population with use of modern technical means.

      Actions for the organization of the notification and informing of the population on the arisen emergencies through radio, television and SMS will be fulfilled. Also a complex of actions for liquidation of an emergency of the regional, interregional and federal nature caused by a major natural fire, accidents on potential and dangerous objects is planned.
